Delivery Information
collection
We offer collection Tuesday-Sunday (this is excluding bespoke orders) from our home bakery, based in Ickwell, Biggleswade between 3-5pm.
If you are no longer able to collection during this period, or you are running late, please get in touch and let us know so we can try to accommodate. Without this, your non-refundable order may be cancelled.
local delivery
We offer local delivery to areas within a specified radius (you can check if this is available to you during checkout). If your order is placed before 4pm, your order will be delivered the same day (Tuesday-Sunday). Otherwise, your order will be delivered our next working day. We offer delivery between 5pm-7pm and advise you to be available for your delivery during this time. Should you no longer be available, please let us know so we can try to make alternative arrangements- without this your non refundable order may be cancelled.
Shipping
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to delivery your orders. This service usually works on a next day delivery basis once your order has been dispatched (this means your order arrives as fresh as possible).
We aim to ship your order within 48 hours of it being received. If you order from our Wednesday restock before Friday 12pm, your order will be shipped in time for Saturday delivery.
Whilst we trust Royal Mail will do everything possible to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. However, if you have any problems please get in touch and we will strive to help you as best as poss!
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are freshly baked and unable to be resold, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless there are special circumstances to take into account.
In order to be eligible for a refund or replacements, we require photographic proof of your issue and your order number, and order date- this helps us look into your issue as best as possible to reach a solution!
