FAQ’s

  • We ship your order with Royal Mail. You can select either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. This is so your order arrives to you as soon quickly so your order arrives to you as fresh as possible.

  • You can contact us through the ‘Bespoke Orders’ page or message us on Facebook or instagram!

  • During the hotter months, cookies can become slightly melted, especially if they have chocolate toppings or are frosted. When they arrive, you can pop them in the fridge for 30 minuets before enjoying.

  • We deliver to the UK only.

  • We like to work within a 2 week notice period for both cakes and cupcakes, however we completely understand some things pop up last minute so please still enquire and we will do everything we can to try and accommodate!

  • We do not have a dedicated menu for special dietary requirements. We may have products that don't contain allergens, however all products are made within a kitchen that deals with gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens and therefore strongly advise this is taken in to consideration when placing your order.

  • Yes! We are based in a village called Ickwell as offer collections from there. This is available for cookies, cakes and cupcakes ad can be added when you check out or through enquiring.

  • We bake and ship your cookies within 2 working days of receiving your order. Once you have received your order, ensure you store your cookies in an airtight container so you can enjoy your cookies for up to 6 days!

About Us

Once upon a time, a mother and daughter duo teamed up and This Little Cakery was born.

What started with a passion for whisking up incredible cakes, they quickly discovered an obsession with creating the chunkiest, gooiest stuffed cookies. After plenty of trial, error and a little bit magic, their first cookie menu came to life. But they didn't stop there- over time they've added more irresistible bakes to the lineup, all while staying true to their cake-loving roots (you can't forget your first love right?). And guess what? This is just the beginning, the best is yet to come, so come along on the ride!

ORDERING

We bake on the day of dispatch so that your order gets to you as fresh as possible. We aim to bake and dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order.

ENJOYING

You can enjoy your cookies/ bakes when they arrive, or you can pop them in the microwave for 15-30 seconds and enjoy them warm.. we do!

STORING

You can eat your cookies all in one go (we don’t judge) or store them at room temperature for up to 6 days. You can also pop them in the freezer for up to 3 months!
