What are the delivery options?

We ship our baked goods nationwide across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24- this means your order should arrive the day after dispatch.

Orders placed before midnight on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday afternoon, arriving to you on Saturday.

Orders placed after midnight on Thursday, will be fulfilled the following week- we recommend using local delivery or collection if possible in this instance.

We also offer local delivery- you can check if your address is eligible during checkout.

How can I make a custom order?

Will warmer weather impact my cookies/bakes?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where do you deliver?

We offer postal delivery to the UK only.

We also offer local delivery (you can check if you're eligible during checkout).

How much notice do you need for custom orders?

Ideally, 1 week notice is great. However we totally understand that things come up last minute and we’re happy to accommodate wherever possible!

Do you cater for special dietary needs?

We do not have a dedicated menu for special dietary requirements. We may have products that don't contain allergens, however all products are made within a kitchen that deals with gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens and therefore strongly advise this is taken in to consideration when placing your order.
Do you offer collection?

Yes! We are based in a village called Ickwell and offer collections from there.
How long will my cookies/bakes last?

Once you have received your order, ensure you store your cookies and bakes in an airtight container so you can enjoy for up to 6 days!
