Collection Information
You are welcome to collect your order from us, in Ickwell- just select ‘local pickup’ upon checkout.
Collections are available, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between three pm and five pm
If your order is placed before 1pm, your order will be ready to collect the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be available the following collection day.
If for any reason, you are no longer able to collect between the allocated time frame, please communicate this with us and we may not be available after this time.
If you are ordering a custom order, collection dates/times are flexible.
Local Delivery Information
We offer local delivery to specific areas (you can see if your address is eligible by entering your address during checkout. If the option for ‘local delivery’ doesn’t appear, then unfortunately we do not currently offer delivery to you- but you can try postal delivery instead!
Local delivery is offered, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between five pm-seven pm.
If you place your order before one pm, you will receive your order the same working day. If you place your order after one pm, your order will be delivered the next working day.
Please note, we trust you understand our times of delivery and that we are unable to leave you order in a safe place, such as on your doorstep to prevent the risk of tampering and contamination due to the parcel being food related. We will attempt delivery during the times specific, and if no answer, we will offer collection from our address.
Postal Order Information
We ship our baked goods nationwide across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked- this means your order should arrive the day after dispatch.
Orders placed before midnight on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday afternoon, arriving to you on Saturday.
Orders placed after midnight on Thursday, will be fulfilled the following week- we recommend using local delivery or collection if possible in this instance.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Refunds/ Exchanges
As our products are freshly baked and unable to be resold, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges – of course, in special circumstances, this can be discussed, just drop us a message so we can chat, and resolve any problems!
